Zero wait policy means we do not schedule overlapping patients. Urgent care and unforeseen circumstances can cause occasional scheduling issues, but we make all attempts to keep on time. 95% of patients are seen on time and we continually try to improve this number.

Our friendly front office helps you through the insurance maze providing you with all necessary support documents and forms. In cases requiring medical coverage they will contact your medical insurance and help with your medical claims coverage by providing necessary support documents, establishing pretreatment authorization and advocating on your behalf.
